Standard ERP and WMS implementation: live fast from the standard
Operion implements your ERP (Uniconta or Zoho) and your WMS (BizBloqs) together, as a defined package. The starting point is a quick standard go-live, not a custom project.
What is included
What the standard ERP implementation includes
You get ERP and WMS in one go, set up by one partner. The ERP is Uniconta or Zoho; which of the two fits is decided together with you during the intake. The WMS is BizBloqs, for stock, receiving and order handling in your warehouse.
We set both up from their standard: configuration, authorisations, transferring your basic master data, testing with real scenarios from your daily work, training and guidance at go-live. The scope is fixed and the package is defined, at a fixed price. Anything outside it we agree with you in advance.
Because we start from the standard instead of from zero, you go live sooner and the system keeps working after a supplier update.
Connections
Connections that are possible from day one
These are the standard connections you can work with from the first day:
- •Bank connections, so payments and statements arrive in the ERP.
- •The Dutch tax authority (Belastingdienst), for filing your VAT returns from the ERP.
- •Webshops, so orders and stock are not re-keyed.
- •Carriers, for creating shipments and labels.
More is possible, but the starting point is a quick standard go-live. We add further connections afterwards. See integration for how we approach those.

Intake
We discuss your processes, your warehouse or webshop and the connections you need. With our advice, you choose between Uniconta and Zoho.

Set-up from the standard
ERP and WMS are configured together. What fits, we set up as standard. Deviations are discussed before we build them.

Master data and connections
We transfer your basic master data and switch on the standard connections for bank, tax authority, webshop and carriers.

Testing and training
Testing with key users on real scenarios from your daily work, and practical training for your team.
05
Go-live and aftercare
Guidance during go-live, followed by four weeks of aftercare with a fixed rhythm.

Frequently asked questions
Can I choose between Uniconta and Zoho?
Yes. There is no default. During the intake we advise which ERP fits your business, and you decide.
How is this different from a regular IT implementation?
This is a defined package built on the standard, meant to go live fast. If you need more, a tailored engagement is possible through IT implementation.
Can connections be added later?
Yes. The standard connections work from day one and more is possible. We agree the scope with you in advance.
What happens after go-live?
After go-live you get four weeks of aftercare. After that, you can reach us on working days from 08:30 to 17:00 and we respond within 24 hours.
