Connect Exact Online to your WMS, webshop or CRM so orders, stock and invoices are no longer re-keyed. We select, build and run the integration and stay your point of contact.
What is connected
Which data moves between Exact Online and your other systems?
In practice it is articles, purchase orders and sales orders in one direction, and receipts, deliveries, returns and stock corrections in the other. Exact Online stays the accounting system; the WMS or webshop handles what happens on the warehouse floor or in the shop.
First we settle which system is the master for which piece of data. For articles and prices that is usually Exact Online. What else each integration needs depends on your process and on the Exact modules you use.
How it works
How the integration works
For a WMS integration we often use the integration layer of BizBloqs. According to BizBloqs, it connects directly to the Exact Online cloud API, so no middleware or server is needed in your network. You authorise it once from inside your own Exact environment using OAuth 2.0, without sharing a username and password. Each Exact administration has its own connection.
Messages that fail stay visible and can be sent again.
You ask Operion your questions, not BizBloqs. We coordinate the work with BizBloqs and your other suppliers.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to install software or a server for the Exact Online integration?
Not with the integration through BizBloqs: it runs over the Exact Online cloud API. You authorise it once from inside your own Exact environment.
Do I need one integration per administration?
Yes, each Exact administration gets its own connection. If you have several, we include that in the inventory.
What happens if a message does not arrive?
Failed messages stay visible and can be sent again, so nothing disappears quietly.
What happens after go-live?
After go-live you get four weeks of aftercare. After that you can reach us on working days from 08:30 to 17:00, and we respond within 24 hours.
